The aroma is sweet with strong cardboard notes along with lighter notes of honey. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of cardboard and akaciatree honey, and a light flowery hop note. Surprisingly good. Thanks Per. Papsoe (14996), Frederiksberg, Denmark

Very subdued aromas - perhaps some rice? Thin-bodied with vaguely sweet notes of malt and brewing cereal. High on CO2 but low on hops. But a fairly straight and drinkable Pale Lager. 110507 omhper (12218), Stockholm, Sweden
| 1.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 1/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 6/20 | Mar 12, 2007 Bottled, thanks Bov! Golden colour, airy head. Grainy aroma with boiled vegetables. Sweetish, bland and industrial with light body and mellow mouthfeel. Low bitterness. oh6gdx (8838), Vasa, Finland
| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Mar 20, 2007 Bottled (thanks omhper!). Yellow colour, small white bubbly head. Aroma is malts, hops and some maize. Flavour is malty, hoppy and salty. Slight sweetness also, like maizeish hints mixed with something else. The Togoan version was more watery, as I had a sip of it on the side of this one. fiulijn (7150), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy

| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Dec 30, 2007 Bottle, 65cl at pre-RBNAG 07. Clear, pale golden beer with a minimal white head. Some fruityness in the aroma, slightly papery and with a very weak rubbery touch. Weak, fruity and slightly papery flavor, almost without finish. Thin and watery of course. Surely forgettable. Fun fact: Cote d’Ivoire is called Elfenbenskysten in Norwegian. (071102)
