Commercial Description:
Extremely drinkable, this ale is full of fruity aromas from the house yeast used in fermentation. Pilsner malt is combined with Czech Saaz hops to produce a beer with a fruity sweetness and spicy finish.

On tap at the brewpub. This basic recipe has been reformulated and is now being called the "Trappist Tripple Ale." Unfortunately, it does not look like a trippel. Darl amber in color with a quickly subsiding white head. It’s as rich as a quad. Smells like cream soda. Has a cherry-like flavor. Serious alcohol burn. This beer dehydrates the mouth. Serves as quite the dessert beer.

Not quite up there with a Trappist, but this is a decent beer. Very smooth, although maybe a little "thin" as compared to others in this category.
