Decent, but not great. A bit watery, with some malty sweetness, and a bit of honey comes through, butr overall a bit of toasted maltiness, and very thin, but well made for what it is.

Its honey. Pure honey. Smells like honey, tastes like honey, leaves that honey aftertaste on your tongue. Not much going on except the honey.

Sample at the brewpub. Pours a clear yellow-gold color with rising bubbles and a medium thin white head that burns away steadily. Thin sheet of lace. The aroma is sweet honey and malt with a touch of wheat. Light body with flavors of toasted malt and honey, plus a touch of Lager-like hops. The finish is sweet honey with a wheaty aftertaste. Pretty run-of-the-mill overall.

This is a basic and simple beer. Having said that it is still clean and well balanced, very easy to drink, and light enough to be thirst quenching on a hot summer day. The honey gives a light sweetness, and a bit of wheaty cereal maltiness. Still a bit too thin in the finish.

Draft sampler, 4 Aug. 07. Ah, the end of a long day of sampling. Smell is sweetly malty, but also slightly sweaty. As the last of a six sampler tray, this one’s head is long gone now. Clear yellow color, paler than most American wheats. Honey sweetness, but not overly done. That distinct impression of honey can be quite enough. Goes down nicely to end the day.

Not a ton of aroma. Pretty average appearance, although nice color. Nice sweet flavor with light floral tones. Pretty good wheat beer.

Golden and a bit lifeless looking. Pretty unique among american wheats, with distinct notes of berries and honey. Among a few brewpub american wheats worth drinking.
