Bottle pours redish amber with not much head, but some spot lace. The aroma is floral hops and sort of a maple thing. The flavor is mostly hops, some citrus, and some more of the maple syrup. The palate is medium bodied and less than lively. I think I must have a better batch than has been previously rated as I like it pretty well.

Sep 17, 2008 Bonus Bomber Shared with my girlfriend Cyn. Pours like apple juice with a 2 finger tan head. Nose is sweet and fruity and fragrant. Taste is light fruity and flavorful, this is an interesting and tasty, with some bitterness in the back end.

Aug 9, 2008 Bottle from River’s Bend. Poured clear copper color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate citrus, fruity, and yeasty aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Solid drinkable brew.

Jul 27, 2008 Lakewood, Oh. - Rozi’s Fine Wines - 22 oz bomber. Nice medium copper pour with a thick off-white head that leaves excellent sticky lacing. Fresh floral and spruce aroma. Flavor has some nice subtle citrusy accents with some nectarine hints and a touch of mint with a nutty back end. Bit of a spritzy mouthfeel for an APA, but does not diminish it, Will keep my eye out for this new brewer from St. Paul.

Jul 14, 2008 Pours an amber color with an off-white head. Hops are present on the aroma but it still has a pretty sweet caramel malt aroma. Flavor is pretty strong of citrus hops and caramel malts. Bitter finish that lingers a little.
