22 oz. bottle shared by Tmoney99. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small white head. The aroma has a doughy malt with ample fruit and honey like sweetness. The flavor was a biscuity malt base, light caramel, dough yeast, fruit, and a mineral like quality. Some bitterness in the finish.

Bomber courtesy of mattsciguy. Pours coper with a nice white sustained head. Smells of spice, tea, bubblegum, sweet, citrussy. Tastes sweet and grassy with an herbal finish and a lasting touch of bitterness,

TAP: at Bulldog Lowertown (St. Paul, MN) on 1.25.09. Slightly murky orange pour, low head. Nice belgian spiciness in the taste, along with pear, orange, malt, and bread. Sweet malt aroma with orange and spice. Hops are faint. Very nice beer!

Bright aromas with scent of medium roasted malt and dried fruits. Orange brown color with little to no head. Roasted malty flavors with some fruity notes and orange peel. Slight burnt toast flavor. Thin palate with weak duration. Lightly bitter. Aroma and flavors are good but appearance and palate are weak. Bottle may be old but it sounds like this beer is pretty unpredictable.

bottle - Gusher. This one made a mess. Once I had cleaned up and it finally stopped spilling out of the partially opened top, I poured this slightly hazy orange brew with its huge white head. It had an aroma of Belgian yeast and some mild hops. The flavor has good hops character along with the sweet light malt. The body is light and lively on the palate and the finish is dry.

A nice Belgian pale. Aroma was so so. Pale malt with a little staleness to it. Pour was a beautiful burnt gold with a nice pillowy near tan head with tons of little bubbles rising and sticking to the bottom of the glass. Taste was a little one dimensional and weak. Pale malt with just a hint of light fruits. The big thing here is the carbonation. This carbonation bites the top of the mouth like a tiger biting into its prey. That great mouthfeel makes this average beer slightly above average.

On tap at WA Frost’s. Pours a nice dark gold. No head on it, but a solid malty aroma. Flavor is semi-sweet with a nice touch of yeast and spice. I enjoyed drinking a few of these!

Bomber poured a lightly hazy orange with a large lasting ivory head. Aromas of spice, yeast, floral notes, light cherry and a hint of honey. Palate was light to medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of spice, honey and light fruittiness with a smooth lightly dry bittersweet finish.
