Light hop aroma as well as some tropical fruit. Nice easy drinking flavor with a significant bitter finish to it.
Re-rate: Out of a bottle, and oh how it has improved. NIce deep flavors with a great ripe fruit and biscuity malt, and a nice bittering finish. Definately worked the recipe out. Eyedrinkale (3209), Astoria, New York, USA

First off, the way too light cardboard/caramel thing really doesn’t work too well. The flavors of stale leaves and week old lemon zest dont bode too well either. The good thing was the beer was dry but if you don’t drink it fast, it worsens as the temp rises. Pigfoot (2226), Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jul 9, 2007 Clear, light amber/ orange-hued...nice 1/2" of head on top, staying...
Aroma is soft, malty, light fruit....pleasing.
Taste: delish! A tidy package of tasty malt and smoothness. What means "smoothness"? Goes down with ease and holds the flavor all the way. Yeast and malt impart some apricot, peach, a little lemon, but the bready, biscuity character from the malt rides sidecar and eventually steals the show.
A delightful, drinkable, very flavorful brew.
I could drink a ton of this throughout the summer. I hope plenty of people do...a terrific effort #2 from Jeff Williamson and Flat Earth. Makes me really eager to taste beer #3.

Clear amber with just a bit of head that doesn’t really stick around....caramel and light grassy/woody hops in the pleasant but altogether forgettable aroma....faintly fruity, juicy on the tongue, light woody characteristics, low carbonation, dryish finish...uhh, can’t think of much more with this one.
