Pours a amber hued brown with thick tan head that dissipates to a bit of lacing. Aroma is malts and caramelized sugar. Flavor is biscuity malts and toffee. Yeast flavor is sweet. Body is medium with fair carbonation. Colaesque body.

Nov 1, 2008 Bottle, from Jimbo. Darker pour than I expected. Super easy drinker, with lots of spices and some tartness on the finish. Tasty and refreshing. Would make a nice summer beer.

Oct 26, 2008 Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours a slightly murky brown with an off-white head that goes. Aroma of hay, caramel and pepper. Taste is nuts, cantalope rind and green raisins, with a bit of spice in the finish. Lightly fizzy with a dryish mouthfeel.
