Nitro-dispensed drinks, in my opinion, mute all the qualities of a good drink except appearance, so I found it interesting that Flatlanders opted to serve their cider like this. Pale yellow with a HUGE creamy white head that made drinking difficult, it had a soft, sweet apple aroma with a slight metallic "after-smell." There was only a trace of apple in the drink, making the experience more like drinking soft water.
