On tap at the Great Lakes Brewfest 2009. Caramel colored with a thin beige head. Aroma of mild toffee and nuts, not much else. Taste of mild toffee and caramel along with light grains and fruit.

Sample at the brewpub. This brew is a clear amber-orange color with a thin beige head that recedes quickly. Swiss cheese lacing on the glass. Caramel malt aroma with notes of fruit and nuts. Medium body with flavors of malt, caramel and roasted nuts. The finish is roasted malt with a slightly off fruit aftertaste. Average overall.
