Walt (2291), Chicago, Illinois, USA Apr 22, 2008 Pour is clear yellow with a thin white head...faintly sweet nose...taset is lightly herbal and sweet... envane (250), Evanston, Illinois, USA Jun 3, 2007 Clear yellow with a small white head. Nice wheaty malts with a tart notes and more hops that usual. Rather good for the style. Ughsmash (3148), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA Apr 26, 2007 Poured an absolutely clear bright golden with a short cap of white head and some spotty lacing. Aroma was quite sweet with caramel primarily.. just a touch of wheat with no banana presence. Sweet caramel and toffee base with only a touch of tartness to indicate wheat presence.. didn’t really do it for me. Light-bodied with mild bitterness and tartness at the edges… rather refreshing. frankenkitty (1831), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA Dec 16, 2006 Served mid-golden beneath a thin white skin. Aroma of sour milk and dishwater. Flavor finds a thin sweetness balanced by mild bitters... which gets ruined by notes of vinegar. Not very good at all.
