Brewed with a high content of pale pilsner malt. Spalt aroma hops are added in small proportions, giving a mild hoppy after taste. ABV 4.0% Our repeat Silver Medal Award Winning Helles in the light lager category at the 2008 and 2007 World Expo of Beer.

Draft sample at MBGF Summer08. Poured clear amber with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate spruce hoppy aroma. Medium body. Moderate bitter flavor with a medium smooth bittersweet finish of moderate duration. A good drinkable beer.
