Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy passion fruit. Flavor is heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (120408)

Jul 6, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a creamy and chalk white head. Distinct passion fruit aroma. Flavour is sweet and solid citric. Goes into a sweet lingering passion fruity finish. Ends quite citric too. Makes me shiver a bit.

Jun 17, 2008 Bottle @ Maria tasting. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is sugar passionfruit. Flavour is sweet, artificial strong passionfruit, citrus, sugar. Extreme passionfruit flavour, but not too bad.

Jun 15, 2008 Bottle, 3.5%. Clear golden beer with a white head. The aroma is mostly passionfruit, so intense and overpowering it’s almost catpee, and there’s also sugary sweetness. The flavor is sweet as well, fruit-syrupy sweet, with lots of passionfruit, and it finishes sweet and fruity in a quite intense way. Sticky, slightly astringent mouthfeel. Way too sweet and fruity, more like a long-drink than a beer. If it’s drank with that approach, it’s quite good. (080412)

Massively passion fruit aroma. Sour lambic feel, also quite sweet. Fruit-juicy taste - orange and passion fruit - quite tart. Surprisingly good for a sweetened fruit lambic, better than much of the Floris range.
