| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Apr 3, 2003 Very thick, white head, heavy fizzling, irregular head. Pale orangey colour, hazy. Nose is doughy and ???tapenade!?? (+olive paste). It is the beer, new glass proves it: olive-smell. It becomes repulsive after some time. Quite bitter taste, at first. Slight liquorice background flavour. Bitter isn't hoppy, but vegetable & burnt. Outspoken alcohol-burn. medium-bodied. Bitterness fades, leaving a flavour as of kumquat and malt - supplanting the horrible nose. Nose is impardonnable. Rest is OK, nothing more. Hildigöltur (5109), København, Denmark
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 27, 2003 Highly carbonated. Nice hoppy aroma leads to a rather dry and bitter finish. Luckily I didn't find the olives in the aroma.
