MoritzF (3926), Ruhrpott, Germany May 9, 2005 (bottle) Orange colour with a steady foamy white head. Citric hoppy aroma. Medium sweet flavour, medium bodied, lively carbonated. Initially malty taste with a lasting bitter finish.
nuplastikk (464), Maryland, USA Jun 16, 2008 11.2 bottle purchased from the Belhaize supermarket in Brussels. Murky golden-tan color with a nice healthy head even after a year in the closet. Smells like Belgium. Surprisingly drinkable considering it’ll probably run you 70 euro-cents. A lot of fruity characteristics. Sugary sweetness becomes a little overbearing. Decent, but come on, if you are in Belgium you can do so much better. Brix (364), Denmark Aug 18, 2007 Tasted 2007-07-22. Fresh bottle. Hazy yellow colour with white head. Cloves, banana, yeast, sweetness and alcohol. A little too much alcohol for my taste. mabjork (576), Vasa, Finland Aug 7, 2007 Bottled. Thanx oh6gdx. Clear golden in colour. Minor white head, lacings. The aroma is fruity with hints of alcohol. Thb flavour is alcoholic, sweet and has a dry aftertaste Kirill (246), Durham, North Carolina, USA Jul 25, 2007 golden appearance with quickly disapearing white head. very sweet with slight hints of hops, but just bitter enough to play this sweetness off better than most of sweet tripels sayravai (3187), Helsinki, Finland Jul 17, 2007 (Bottled) Hazy yellow-golden with a large, white head. Slightly alcoholic, honey-malty aroma. Acidic and somewhat alcoholic, pretty dry flavor. Light to medium-bodied, stingy-alcoholic palate. Dry, acidic, straightforward and alcoholic seems to be the recipe for Florival Triple. I don’t think that’s the winning combination this time…
