Somw snowy white head that left a bit of lace behind. Lightly spiced with corriander and orange peel and a hefty wheat nose. Really great yeast character. Lively carbonations and a fluffy mouthfeel. Really well done. heemer77 (4311), Savannah, Missouri, USA

This was great for a wit, but it’s a style that never impresses me very much. The body was cloudy yellow with some spicy clove in teh aroma. Thre was also some basil type herbs and lemons. The was was largely bananas and cloves. Nicely done and about as good as a wit can get. DrnkMcDermott (1859), Downers Grove, Illinois, USA

Light lemon & spice smell. Taste has delicate citrus and coriander as promised. Sweet, but unassuming in balance. No off notes, no extremes, just a great example of a wit. This one has a bright citrusy nose with a touch of yeasty spiciness. The flavors are a great amalgam of orange, lemon, cut grass, yeastiness, coriander, and spices. This wit is a winner! The boys at the station come darned close to nailing the aroma and flavor of that Wit. Nice clean spicy scents come from the glass. The flavor has light citric tastes with a soft coriander spicing and a slight lemon tartness. Very tasty and refreshing. I hope they brewed enough to have some on hand when the weather gets warm for real.
