Bottle shared by kmweaver. Pours a cloudy soft pink/red color with a small head. Nice funky, tannic cherry and raspberry nose, soft creamy cherries and a mild but sufficient barnyard funk in the nose. Smooth and soothing on the palate, lactic but not sharp and prickly. Very well balanced, creamy, mild, smooth, funky. Good stuff.

Jul 8, 2008 Shared by goldtwins - hazy copper beer with a faint head - kind of floral aroma, with a mild fruitiness and slightly leathery character - lightly tart raspberry flavor, with a fairly apparent acidic character - more acidic than funky, actually - like eating under-ripe raspberries - mild earthy/leathery character underneath that - not terribly complex, but tasty enough.

Jul 8, 2008 Hazy appearance with a touch of orange. Aroma is sweet and lightly oaky. A touch of chewy sweet raspberry character over a faint acidic tartness. A kiss of vanilla and light spice as well. Decent beer, if a little bit strange.

Jul 7, 2008 Shared by goldtwins. Very murky orange color with a strong head. Aroma is very strong and sweet stingy raspberries. taste is lightly wild with calm raspberry flavor. wasn’t overly impressive or sour but a nice beer.

Jun 22, 2008 A bready fruity aroma the reeks of raspberries. A slightly cloudy brown pour. A sour that just slams through your taste buds. The tartness is just right a very nice lambic fruit. A bit thin but I think it was hand bottled. I would love to try it again on tap fresh to see what it was really like. very nice beer.
