draft at brouwers washington beer fest. pours an opaque black with a dense creamy dark tan head. rich, roasty bitter chocolate nose. creamy body, almost a bit thick and quite silky. chocolate, roast, nuts, and strong toasty notes on the mid palate. semisweet chocolate finish.

12oz draft at brouwer’s. Dark tan head and black body. Roasted nuts, some caramel and a good amount of coffee. Light roasty coffee flavor with a thinner body. Good amount of chocolate and a touch of brown sugar. Very tasty stuff that I would gladly enjoy again.
