May 2, 2006 Draught at the Blue Dog in Chalfont. Clear golden-copper body with a sudsy white head. Aroma and flavor of fruit, chalky malts, weak black tea, and wood stems. Medium bitterness and some undesired sweet residual malt notes. Mild, but noticeable acidity. A remedial East Coast IPA.

Feb 13, 2006 Dark golden ale with a thin white head. Strong diacetyl aroma, overpowers the hops. In mouth, caramelly hops with rather flat character, lingering with some nutty notes and a oily mouthfeel. Bizarre Ipa. On tap at the CNY Brewfest 2006.

Sep 24, 2004 Very smooth IPA with a daker golden brown color. The aroma smells alittle skunky at first but then blends nicely into the flavor of the beer the more you drink. This is my first beer from flying bison brewery and I am impressed. I think IPA’s are one of the most challenging to brew and since its brewed in my hometown, Im excited to try other beers from flying bison.
