Gold, thin tan head. Nose is caramel, pine & mint hops, some toffee, light orange. Flavor is minty hop, rich malt characteristic of other FB beers. Honey notes. Very bitter for something from FB - lingers for a long time - citrus, mint & caramel - very definitely a Flying Bison beer but with a nice hoppy twist.
