| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Apr 6, 2007 Draught. Head is mostly diminishing. Body is dark brown. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (caramel, toasted grain), with notes of raw wood, alcohol, bourbon, vanilla, hint of apple. Flavor is heavily sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Full body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, moderately alcoholic. Rather harsh in the aroma, and pretty sweet, but nice mouthfeel. Skinnyviking (4157), Copenhagen, Denmark
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Aug 11, 2007 Bottle. Light brown fluffy small but lasting head. Hazy ruby body. Raspberries hops aroma. Quite unexpected and nice surprise. Even though this beer has a high alcohol percentage the brewers have managed to produce a smooth and round beer with a pleasant somewhat sweet raspberries flavor. low carbonation. Long bitter aftertaste. Impressive.
