Commercial Description:
Dry Hopped with a load of Cascade hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Doggie Style has enough hop character to satisfy hop-heads, but isn’t overpoweringly hoppy. It’s brilliant amber-copper color and pleasant malt flavor comes from the addition of Carastan malts.

Fairly underwhelming. This is, at best, a fairly pedestrian pale ale that doesn’t really show any redeeming character. Appearance is quite ok; amber gold, medium weight white head and chunky lacing. Nose shows mild hops. Palate is quite boring and shows lager traits to my taste with very mild hops and a flat dull malt structure. Maybe a bad bottle?

Clear amber color with ok head. Hoppy flavor and aroma. A bit watery and somewhat disapointing.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Heavy hoppy aroma. Pine notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. A little messy but nice.

Overall a good pale ale. Nothing special though a bit more bitter than most, enhance hop taste but without direction

Draft, Old Chicago, Fargo, ND, USA. Amber, frothy head that stays. Nice bitter flavor, then smooth and mellow. Bready yeast with some caramel on the finish. Nice.

Nice orange copper beer with a medium sized off white head, left some lacing. Aroma of hops with some sweet citrus notes to it, piney and fresh. Flavor was much the same, grassy with citrus. A fresh crisp bite to it with carbonation tingling the tongue.

12 oz. bottle Pours a very nice amber orange with a good one inch off white head. The head fades after a couple of minutes leaving behind nice lacing. Heavy hops in the nose with both pine and floral notes. A little citrus in there too. It has a certain raw greenness to it that I can’t quite place. Medium carbonation with a rich mouthfeel for a pale ale. Malt flavor is a little biscuity. Hops have a grassy taste. Overall this one is pretty middle of the road for a American pale ale.
