Commercial Description:
Dry Hopped with a load of Cascade hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Doggie Style has enough hop character to satisfy hop-heads, but isn’t overpoweringly hoppy. It’s brilliant amber-copper color and pleasant malt flavor comes from the addition of Carastan malts.

Bottled. A dark copper coloured beer with a small blond head and some lace. The aroma has aromatic hops, sweetish passion fruit, peach and some lemon. Some darker and sweeter fruitness of raisins too. The flavor is quite bitter and fresh with a decent hoppy bite in the finish. Slightly toffyish and bready malts in the body, but not enough. Finishes bitter and quite well balanced. Palate is a bit thin but refreshing. Soft texture and good carbonation level. Good beer but not the most memorable.

An amber beer with small white head. Aroma is a bready maltiness with unistakable piney and citrusy hops. Aroma is much the same. Decent.

Fairly underwhelming. This is, at best, a fairly pedestrian pale ale that doesn’t really show any redeeming character. Appearance is quite ok; amber gold, medium weight white head and chunky lacing. Nose shows mild hops. Palate is quite boring and shows lager traits to my taste with very mild hops and a flat dull malt structure. Maybe a bad bottle?

Clear amber color with ok head. Hoppy flavor and aroma. A bit watery and somewhat disapointing.

Overall a good pale ale. Nothing special though a bit more bitter than most, enhance hop taste but without direction
