Commercial Description:
Dry Hopped with a load of Cascade hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Doggie Style has enough hop character to satisfy hop-heads, but isn’t overpoweringly hoppy. It’s brilliant amber-copper color and pleasant malt flavor comes from the addition of Carastan malts.

Pours a nice amber, little head, slight lacing. Smells of citrus (a lot), takes very carbonated, nice malt and hop amount. Slightly bitter, a nice pale ale.

(12 ounce bottle - pint glass) Apperance is a light murkey copper color with little head. Aroma is floral herbal and citrusy hops. Taste is hoppy, citrus hops mostly. Cabonated mouthfeel, thin texture and medium bodied.

Bottle 12OZ bought at the Bierkoning. Pours a medium amber color, orange tints, and an off white head. Nice balance between, sweet, brown sugary malts and cascades. Medium bodied, bitter but short lived finish. Pretty good though.

Pours clear amber with small off white head. Spicy malt aroma. Has nice malty body, only a hint of hopiness and still just a touch of spice. It’s ok, I wish there were a bit more hops to make it more complex. This bottle may be a bit old.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a golden amber color with a small, quickly diminishing frothy off-white head, a hint of lacing. Aroma is sweet malts, bread, a hint of metal, and citrus hops. Flavor is caramel malts, straw, pine and citrus hops. Mouthfeel is dry with a hint of bitterness, on the lighter side of medium bodied. Decent beer, drinkable.

Very well done pale. Perfect balance of hops without going overboard for me. Very crisp flavor that is very enjoyable.
