Commercial Description:
Dry Hopped with a load of Cascade hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Doggie Style has enough hop character to satisfy hop-heads, but isn’t overpoweringly hoppy. It’s brilliant amber-copper color and pleasant malt flavor comes from the addition of Carastan malts.

medium bitterness, light sweetness, average carbonation, slight bitter finish, not too overwhelming, light body. I’m not normally a pale ale person, but I would definitely have this again.

Pours a dark golden with a small white head. Decent lacing. Smell is malt and a bit of cascade hops. Flavor is superbly balanced, with the citrusy hops playing very nicely with the malt. Finish is moderately dry, but not particularly hoppy. This is a very well crafted and balanced beer that doesn’t overpower with hops and should have mass appeal. Very, very well done.

355ml Bottle. Pours amber with a small off white head that quickly disappears leaving it’s lacing on the sides. Citric aroma with flower notes and lot’s of hops. Medium bodied, citric flavors, some grass and lots of hops. Finishes dry and hoppy.Very refreshing.

Fairly tasty and drinkable, but nothing special. Kind of just another pale ale, though well done.

Bottle at home on January 24, 2009. White, billowy head. Clear amber color with a little carbonation. Frothy head slides right down the edge of the glass... very slick. Bitter, sweet, malty aroma. Standard mid-strength pale flavor - Cascade is obvious. Finish is enjoyable, easy... a little more watery and heavier than a SNPA. Great beer!

12 oz bottle. This beer pours a an amber/orange color with a white head. Aroma was hoppy, piney along with some citrus and floral scents. Taste was of bitter hops, caramel and some grapefruit but not as stong as some pale ale’s. Nice, drinkable pale ale.

mmmmmmmmm......this shit is tastey. What a macro should be. I’m not knocking flying dog in the least bit. this is a true pale ale. All clear golden ales should be like this. Hops, slight citrus and a hint of acidity. I like it alot.

Pours clear amber-golden with a one and a half finger beige head, good lacing. Smells of caramel, pineapple, citrus and pine. Medium-thin body, crisp. Tastes much like the aroma, with a little bit of mineral flavor. Nice medium bitter aftertaste. Well balanced.
