Commercial Description:
Dry Hopped with a load of Cascade hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Doggie Style has enough hop character to satisfy hop-heads, but isn’t overpoweringly hoppy. It’s brilliant amber-copper color and pleasant malt flavor comes from the addition of Carastan malts.

Aroma was hoppy. Flavor was hoppy. Thats about it. Pretty one-dimensional, but that one dimension was goooood. Not overwhelming though. Just a solid dose of hops. Nice.

Dark amber in color. Pretty smooth with a nice medium body. A tad bitter, but not bad at all.

poured a clear copper/brown. The nose was lemon, malt, and hops and grass. The taste was a little mild, grassy, with a slight hop flavor, and just a little malt. The mouthfeel was smooth and ideal for the style. All around a good pale ale.

Sour hops with floral undertones, dark copper color, weak aroma, a little bitter for my tastes.

Pours a three-fingered white head that slowly fades to a thin layer leaving some lace. Nice crystal clear amber color. Light carbonation and medium bodied. Slight hoppy nose. Flavor is typical pale, hints of caramel mellowing to bitterness at finish. $1.67 for a 12 oz bottle from Capital Convenience (now Barb’s Beer Emporium) Concord, NH.

Nothing can really explain this one other than: solid. Is a dark color with a the perfect balance of sweet and bitter. Goes down smooth, finishes semi-sweet.

Bottle from By the Bottle in Vancouver, WA--Poured a burnt copper clear body with a huggin’ tan head. Beautiful, floral, subtle hop aromas complemented wonderfully by sweet cereal malts. Crisp, refreshingly smooth and soothing flavor. Complex finish. Citrus, cherries, nuts and fluffy biscuits painted the palate with pleasurable residue. Very, very fresh and worthy.
