Commercial Description:
Dry Hopped with a load of Cascade hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Doggie Style has enough hop character to satisfy hop-heads, but isn’t overpoweringly hoppy. It’s brilliant amber-copper color and pleasant malt flavor comes from the addition of Carastan malts.

A bit hazy orage brown color with creamy and lacy head. Aroma is caramel malty, fruity and grassy hoppy. Flavor is flowery, buttery, bitter and much grassy hoppy which in my opinion should be more malty. Crispy and dry aftertaste. Medium-bodied and foamy carbonated paate.

Draught at EBF 2008. Clear amber colour with a small white head. Rich aroma and taste of caramel and fruit. Classic aromatic cascade finish.

Pours very dark amber. Nice, hoppy, fruity aroma. Good balance of malt and hops, some citric fruit in there also. Quality pale ale, but I’ll stick with Sierra Nevada and Stone.

La mia pale ale preferita. Si sentono i luppoli americani: l’amaro più deciso rispetto ad altre europee dello stesso genere

Pours to amber body with thick white head that lingers. Aroma is light. Taste is bitter but easy on the palate. Not a bad pale ale.

Bottle: Poured a copper to orange/red brown, with an off white color medium lacing head. Aroma is fresh with hops and malt. Taste is nice mix of hops and malts, each work well off each other to bring a balanced to the tongue.

Bottle. Pours a deep amber with a thin off-white head that dissipated very quickly. Hops come across most clearly on the nose with a slight hint of malt. Tastes slightly hopped with a clean, somewhat dry finish. Well balanced ale but there are better pale ales out there.

Bottled. Poured amber in color with a white head. Slightly hoppy aroma and taste. Light bodied and pretty easy to drink. Very average beer.
