Commercial Description:
Dry Hopped with a load of Cascade hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Doggie Style has enough hop character to satisfy hop-heads, but isn’t overpoweringly hoppy. It’s brilliant amber-copper color and pleasant malt flavor comes from the addition of Carastan malts.

Bottle. Nice pour with a creamy white head. Very nice aroma of hops and malt. Flavor is really nice. Good pale ale. Smooth and crisp with a nice hop bite. Could it use a bit more hops? probably but I won’t complain. This was a good pale that was easy drinking and tasted very fresh. Would recommend.

12 fl. oz. bottle, bought at the GBBF 2008 for takeaway. ABV is 5.5%, IBU 35. Deep amber to orange colour, decent off-white head with an orangey hue. Very nice aroma of Cascade hops, notes of citrus and honey. The flavour is also dominated by Cascade hops, but there is a sufficient malty base to balance the hops. Moderately bitter aftertaste. American Pale Ale is an underrated style IMO, this is an example. Great balance is more interesting for me than "hop monsters". Good beer!

12 oz. bottle. Clear amber colour with moderate off-white head. Hops are immediately noticeable to the nose with notes of citrus and flowers. Hops also dominate the taste, slightly metallic aftertaste. Feels a bit thin in mouth due to light carbonation. Nonetheless, a well-balanced pale ale, better than what the typical offering found in my region.
