Commercial Description:
Dry Hopped with a load of Cascade hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Doggie Style has enough hop character to satisfy hop-heads, but isn’t overpoweringly hoppy. It’s brilliant amber-copper color and pleasant malt flavor comes from the addition of Carastan malts.

Fad: Udmærket pale ale, meget drikbar med en tydelig smag af cascade. Ikke så bitter som nogle typer, men derfor også klart en PA og ikke en IPA som visse af de mere ekstreme pale ales er i dag.

Attractive deep amber in color with a pleasant aroma for a pale. Stronger hops flavor than with most pales - maybe a little bit too strong for me. I want to try it again though.

Pretty solid brew, certainly better than most of the other beers I picked up in the Flying Dog sampler. Nicely hopped flavor - pretty subtle, but very easy drinking,

op tap. not bad but not that great. pours an orange color with a smaller head. aroma was a bit sweet and malty. Flavor was the same, but had a nice dry hop finish to it.

Faint pine needle aroma. Clear rust pour with a medium yellowish head, good lace. Metallic malt and cherry flavor. Buttery caramel finish. Better than a macro, but low end micro.

Light orange/amber with a lasting head from the bottle. Sweet, piney grapefruit in the nose, with ginger, licorice, and prunes dipped in honey. Flavor was delicate and sweet from front to back. Soft CO2 doesn’t disturb the deliciously bitter hops in the finish. Solid and tasty.

Bottle. Came in a variety pack of other Flying Dog brews. This looks and tastes like what would be between Old Scratch and Snake Dog IPA. A good brew non the less.

This well hopped but balanced beer pours a nice copper coloured body with a small to moderate sized white head. Soft citrus character- lots of fruit, grapefruits and peaches. Hops are definately evident throughout this one.
