Commercial Description:
Dry Hopped with a load of Cascade hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Doggie Style has enough hop character to satisfy hop-heads, but isn’t overpoweringly hoppy. It’s brilliant amber-copper color and pleasant malt flavor comes from the addition of Carastan malts.

Bottle. Pours amber with a beige head. Hoppy aroma, both pine and citrus notes. Medium body. Flavor is a combination of malt, straw, pine resin and citrus. Pretty good.

Not a whole lot in the aroma. Slight head that disperses quickly with some lacing. Balanced yet slightly hop forward. Easy drinking. sessionable.

On tap at The Gingerman: Rice Village. Pours a burnt orange color with a medium white head that took its time fading. Smells faintly of hops. Tastes lightly of hops, some malt and fruit. Seemed kinda weak and watery at some points, although this could be because of the FD Double Pale Ale drank earlier in the day.

Bottled. Poured clear lighter orange with a light dusting of white head. The aroma was sweet and juicy with grapefruit and pine standing out.. sweeter caramel backing with just a pinch of honey.. well-presented. The flavor began with pine and citrus bitterness with sweeter grapefruit meat shortly after.. light pear and rising bitterness toward the back.. a little misplaced astringency on the back, but still solid. Lighter-bodied and crisp on the palate with heavy lingering bitterness at the finish.. could’ve used a little more carbonation.

Clear with a medium head. Hoppy without being overpowering. To me this is a classic IPA. The hops linger well after you have finished supping. Very pleasant.

This is a good drinkable beer. It is a clear, copper colored beer with a nice off-white head that quickly dissipates. A caramel aroma gives way to a orange citrus hop nose which carries through to the flavor. The flavor is balanced a little toward the hops leaving your tongue with an assertive grapefruit sensation.

355 ml bottle, abv is 4,7%. Amber color. Nice off-white head. Aroma is hoppy. Flavor is hops, sweet malt and fruit. Bitter finish. The low alcohol makes it a bit thin.

A good pale ale with a good balance. I put it in my fridge when I see it. I wish I could find it on tap.
