Commercial Description:
Dry Hopped with a load of Cascade hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Doggie Style has enough hop character to satisfy hop-heads, but isn’t overpoweringly hoppy. It’s brilliant amber-copper color and pleasant malt flavor comes from the addition of Carastan malts.

Amber to copper in color it poured a nice head that dissipated to leave some small-bubbled lacing. The nose is dominated by citrus with a touch of sweet malt toward the back. The palate is somewhat thin and lacking concentration. It is nicely carbonated but lacks character.

Prominent flowery hop aroma, deep amber color. Bitter with a mild fruit tone, but the bitterness overpowers in the end. A decent overall beer.

Pours light amber with thicker head. Nice hop aroma mixed with fruit and a touch of citrus. Flavor is a milder version of the aroma, but well balanced.

Beautiful red color and a nice hoppy aroma that hits you during the pour. There is also a light fruit in the aroma. Maybe an apple note? Despite the aroma the flavor is actually pretty mild, but a tad watery for my tastes. Fruit is present, but hidden.

Aroma is very nice, moderate bread notes with light grapefruit and apple as well as butter. Pour is a clear sparkling bronze with a creamy off-white head. Flavor is pretty waterey. A tad astringent on the finish.

I was surprised. I assumed the excellent artwork on the bottle was a compensation for a mediocre product. I was wrong. This is a fantastic PA with an amazing nose and crisp flavor that finishes cleanly.

Pours light amber with small but thick protein-laden head. Smells of hop aroma, woodsy. Taste hoppy and malty balance very good initially, as beer warmed became very bitter and ended very yesaty as well. Best served cold. Decent pale ale w/ good initial hop flavor.

Pours a lightly hazy copper color with a medium, foamy light tan head. Smells of light citrus hops, some mild malt characters, and a touch of a little grapefruit in there. Fresh smelling. The flavor is pretty crisp and clean. Good amount of hops in there with limited bitterness mostly. Light grapefruit citrus backs it up to give it a little flavor. Nice crisp pale ale. Good session or football brew.
