Commercial Description:
Dry Hopped with a load of Cascade hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Doggie Style has enough hop character to satisfy hop-heads, but isn’t overpoweringly hoppy. It’s brilliant amber-copper color and pleasant malt flavor comes from the addition of Carastan malts.

Bottle. Pours a golden color with a white head. Aroma is malt and hops. Taste is malt up front with a barely-there hop characteristic and a disappointing watery finish. No thanks.

This beer caught my attention from the first pour. The spicy hops aroma was heavenly. Average color and decent head. The flavor and the mouthfeel way outscored the appearance. Great hoppy spice with an overall fruitiness. Terrific finish makes you not want to put it down. I can’t wait to get more of this bad boy. Tastes very much like the homebrew I now have in the keg.

Orange pour with small head. Nice tasting cascade hops, but the malt is interesting... sweet, cereal, citrus... odd base. Grapefruit finish.

xmas variety pack. standard ipa. gold color with white head. Smell of sweet hops. Taste is likewise, dry crackling over watery malt.

Head is off white, less than a finger thick and disipates quickly. Lacing lingers less than other pales. Flavor starts strong of bitter hops and ends a little more watery than expected. the finish is lively but the duration is only average. Good pale but nothing to write home about. it is fresh tasting but of course, it’s made down the street.

a bottle from a Christmas variety pack. Poured a clear golden amber yellow color with a nice foamy head with decent lacing. There was a hoppy, grassy aroma. A nice crisp hoppy bite with a hint of citrus and a mild bitter finish. This was a nice beer with enough hop bite to be an IPA. Looking forward to trying the Double Dog Pale Ale

Pours a golen copper with small white head. Piney hops on the nose. Familiar hop flavor you’d expect from a pale ale but this one has more malt flavor than most to me.

Poured from a bottle. Poured a clear, pale copper color with a white head. Aroma is mostly biscuity malts with some hops in the background. Biscuity malts and caramel up front leads into a semi-crisp hop finish with some citrus. Easy to drink, but not out of this world.
