Commercial Description:
Dry Hopped with a load of Cascade hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Doggie Style has enough hop character to satisfy hop-heads, but isn’t overpoweringly hoppy. It’s brilliant amber-copper color and pleasant malt flavor comes from the addition of Carastan malts.

This beer is a team player. It tasts very good after a belgian... Hoppy with a slightly bitter finish that sits there for just the right amount of time.

Though the name of this one sounds like it’d be EZ, it’s actually is hard to get. Well at least in Atlanta it is. I love this stuff, my fave of all time along with it’s Indian buddy the IPA. Mmmmm beer.

Oct 20, 2008 On tap, Flying Saucer-Cordova A readily available pale ale with a really nice floral hops presence. Went down pretty smoothly.

A wonderful Pale Ale! I love the coppery color, the citrus nose, delicious hoppiness, nice mouthfeel, medium malt middle, and the grapefruit aftertaste. Just the right amount of everything - and great with food! The waiter at our local Old Chicago Pizza Parlour recommended it from among the 110 beers they carry, and I was not disappointed. This beer compares well with my long time favorite, Bridgeport IPA.

Had some warnings this brand wouldn't be very good. You must have gotten a bad bottle like I did with Bell's Oberon. This stuff is very good and is very sweet and bitter like a pale ale should be. Nice head. A little Lacing. I think this is a very good brew.
