Light orange colour. Strong citrus aroma, lemony flavour, not grapefruit, with light bitterness. Refreshing and much more drinkable than the IIPA if that counts for anything. Heresy around here, I know.

Dec 10, 2009 Pours a nice amber, little head, slight lacing. Smells of citrus (a lot), takes very carbonated, nice malt and hop amount. Slightly bitter, a nice pale ale.

Dec 9, 2009 (12 ounce bottle - pint glass) Apperance is a light murkey copper color with little head. Aroma is floral herbal and citrusy hops. Taste is hoppy, citrus hops mostly. Cabonated mouthfeel, thin texture and medium bodied.

Nov 29, 2009 Bottle 12OZ bought at the Bierkoning. Pours a medium amber color, orange tints, and an off white head. Nice balance between, sweet, brown sugary malts and cascades. Medium bodied, bitter but short lived finish. Pretty good though.

Nov 8, 2009 Pours clear amber with small off white head. Spicy malt aroma. Has nice malty body, only a hint of hopiness and still just a touch of spice. It’s ok, I wish there were a bit more hops to make it more complex. This bottle may be a bit old.

Nov 7, 2009 12 oz. bottle. Pours a golden amber color with a small, quickly diminishing frothy off-white head, a hint of lacing. Aroma is sweet malts, bread, a hint of metal, and citrus hops. Flavor is caramel malts, straw, pine and citrus hops. Mouthfeel is dry with a hint of bitterness, on the lighter side of medium bodied. Decent beer, drinkable.

Nov 7, 2009 Very well done pale. Perfect balance of hops without going overboard for me. Very crisp flavor that is very enjoyable.
