palliko (12), Colorado, USA Aug 12, 2003 A wonderful Pale Ale! I love the coppery color, the citrus nose, delicious hoppiness, nice mouthfeel, medium malt middle, and the grapefruit aftertaste. Just the right amount of everything - and great with food! The waiter at our local Old Chicago Pizza Parlour recommended it from among the 110 beers they carry, and I was not disappointed. This beer compares well with my long time favorite, Bridgeport IPA.
pjarnold81 (5), Edgewater, Florida, USA does not count Sep 5, 2008 Bottle. Pours a deep amber with a thin off-white head that dissipated very quickly. Hops come across most clearly on the nose with a slight hint of malt. Tastes slightly hopped with a clean, somewhat dry finish. Well balanced ale but there are better pale ales out there. jmm635 (59), Wynnewood, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 4, 2008 Bottled. Poured amber in color with a white head. Slightly hoppy aroma and taste. Light bodied and pretty easy to drink. Very average beer. beergod! (16), Houston, Texas, USA Sep 3, 2008 Aroma is of mild hops. Poured a nice amber color with minimal head and no lacing. Taste of mild hops not much going on.Not the best pale ale ,but not the worse. Think middle of the road. Pershing (82), Garland, Texas, USA Sep 1, 2008 Clear amber with an excellent hop to malt balance. Nice clean slightly filling finish. BlockBrew (82), West Lafayette, Indiana, USA Sep 1, 2008 Medium body. Flavor of citrus and malt. Nice hop flavor and bitterness. Bitter yet very smooth and drinkable.
