Dark caramel, no head, just a thin film. Smells like medium strength caramel malt. Flavor is malty and tastes like barely with a nice hop finish. Palate has a nice medium bite. Body is medium. A good, drinkable okto marzen.

Bottle poured into a pint glass produced a finger worth of white head that goes to a thin lace the color of the brew was a reddish brown Aromas of sweet caramel malts filled my nose. The taste was sweet and malty not much bitter in it at all. There was some nuttiness in the flavor as well. The medium body and light carbonation on this brew are typical for the style The brew went down well. I had it for a fall picnic with the family, It defiantly got me in the mood for fall

bottle, dark amber pour with slight head, a very nice marzen with good caramel and malt and not too watery as some can be, finish is medium

Fair rusty brown color. Faint cereal aromas, but hardly anything on the nose. Sweet front end of the palate with a woody, wet finish. Flavors are outdoorsy -- toast and a slight bitterness. Not rich, as promised, but malty and muddled.

Hazy brown pour, slight dissipating off white head. toasted caramel malty aroma, some raisin, sticky sweet. Malty caramel mouthful a little bit of alcohol and bread at the end. A little unbalanced, too heavy on the sweet malt at first then thin mouthfeel at the finish

Pours deep amber into a shaker. Quickly dissipating tan head. Honey aromas. Dark caramel upfront with a lasting sweet honey finish.
