| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 5, 2008 Deep amber appearance with an average size, off white head and little lacing. Sweet, toffeeish aroma with a touch of cookie dough. Caramel malts dominate the taste, but the hops add decent enough balance so the flavor does not become too slick or cloying. Results in a smooth, medium bodied, moderately carbonated mouthfeel with a lingering finish.
