Commercial Description:
Dogtoberfest is a unique beer containing five premium malts. This lager draws its influence from the Vienna Marzen or Oktoberfest style. It is rich and malty with a sweet aroma and deep mahogany color.

A little bit better than average for the style. Nice malt sweetness and a smooth finish. Earthy aroma and a dark amber color.

Poured from bottle. Faint malt aroma. Looks like typical oktoberfest, minimal lacing. I like the flavor - burnt caramel, a touch of spice maybe. Carbonation works well on the palate. Creamy at finish. A good one.

Pours amber with some head. Aroma has some toffee, caramel, and maple syrup notes, touches of hay and metal. Sweet malt and honey taste with lime seltzer finish. Not all that great.

Pours a clear deep red. The aroma has some malt, but really not much else. The taste is lightly bitter, lightly sweet, and has a touch of hops, but nothing to write home about. It’s just OK.

Bottle. Pours an amber color with a rather large head. Aromas of toffee, chocolate, maple syrup, and a bit of brown sugar. Nothing special to be honest and a bit disappointing from a usually good brewery.

This beer pours a nice deep amber color with a medium white head. This is your typical oktoberfest, higher on the malts with a good hop backbone. I like it but I have for sure had much better! Cheers!

Nothing special, but still nice. Poured a nice mahgany hue with a white head that had no retention or lacing. Aroma had some caramel notes and subtle wheat notes. Flavor was a bit on the sweet side. Smooth finish.

Orange color with a pocketed off white head. Nose is caramel malt, metal, and celtzer. Taste is really grainy or raw and is encased by lots of caramel that you would expect from an oktoberfest. Kind of reminds me of mini wheats. Not bad but kind of odd. Medium to long finish and pleasant mouthfeel.
