Commercial Description:
Dogtoberfest is a unique beer containing five premium malts. This lager draws its influence from the Vienna Marzen or Oktoberfest style. It is rich and malty with a sweet aroma and deep mahogany color.

Bottle. Pours clear amber (into a rogue pint glass) with a solid white head. Aroma is very malty. Pale malts & some caramel - slightly sweet & pleasant. Body is medium. Quite fresh taste with a good bitterness for a marzen. Fine drinkability & well made!

Bottle. Pours a small tan head. Aroma has a sweet malty aroma. Color is a clear mahogany color like most oktoberfest and has a nice but bitter taste with hints of caramel and malt. Palate is warm, crisp, and metallic.

Bottle. Small white and quickly disappearing head. Hazy orange body. Lovely barley malt aroma with notes of caramel. Flavor dominated by barley malt plus less hops bitterness than expected. Hints of nuts and a bit of fruit. Low carbonation, short aftertaste.

Bottle. Reddish brown beer with a strong head. The aroma is mildly sweet and the flavour is dry and strongly roasted. Overall a drinkable dry and roasted beer, slightly too watery in parts.

12 oz. bottle at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007. Amber color with persistent head. Malty and slightly toasty aroma with caramel and toffee. Sweetish, mellow and malty flavor with toffee and fresh fruitiness. Pleasant and mellow beer.
