From Bottle: Aroma of hops and alcohol. Flavors, not surprisingly, are heavy in hops. Also there is a malty earthy undertone. Has a dry finish.

2007 GABF. Cloudy dark amber color, soapy off white head. Strong alcohol & grass hop aroma. Hot palate, well coated. Grassy flavor, hot alcohols, very astringent w/ a very dry finish but lacking the sour brett character. This beer really needs some age to mellow it at this point as it’s just to harsh.
