Commercial Description:
“Garde Dog” Biere de Garde is unfiltered with a hazy, deep golden to light copper appearance. Brewed with domestically grown French Hops and German Pilsner Malts, it gives craft beer drinkers a very enjoyable, light-bodied, subtlety sweet beer with toasty malt undertones. Garde Dog is the perfect compleiment to lighter fare such as seafood, salads, cheese and Middle Eastern and Indian foods

Bottle, bought @ Ølbaren, Cph.
Pours clear golden with a small, creamy, white head. Slight chill haze. Heavy fruity and caramel aroma. Some oranges, pepper, red apples. Medium carbonation, quite oily mouthfeel for the low ABV. Flavour is sweet, bready malts, some orange-y fruitiness. A fine spicy finish, light pepper, vanilla and coriander. Fine.

Bottle. Poured pale with a thin white head that settles and left light lace. Aromas of fruits, and spices mixed with hops and pepper. The flavor had spices, earthiness, and grass hops. Light body. Kind of different but one could get used to it..

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy medium gold with a 3 finger stark white head. The nose is yeast and citrus. The taste is spice, yeast and citrus rind with some sweet fruits in the finish. Lighter, prickly mouthfeel. Refreshing brew.

Zingy, citric nose with grapefruit and some sour mash from the rye. Pours orange with pretty much no head. Flavour is balanced with sweet, orangey malt and a bitter finish vaguely reminiscent of a Duvel. Quite pleasant - moreish and drinkable whilst unremarkable.

Yeasty sour aromabut some fruitiness and spices in there too. Spicy sour palate. The look is golden, not much of a head. Average but okay.

Quickly descending head anda clear golden body. Sweet dark fruit smell. Malty mostly. Some yeast taste in there. Somewhat sweer and a little bit spicy. Not really interesting, but ok.
