| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 31, 2008 12oz bottle. Pours clear gold with dimishing white head, decent lacing. Aroma is light, flavor is light, the spices differ it from a lager. Didn’t really represent the style well. Everything is working, but would like to see more of it. b33r (363), Cleveland, Ohio, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 29, 2008 Light yellow color with small white head and no lacing. Aroma and flavor are light and sweet with strong malts. Good summer beer. Better than a pale lager at least Immy (1911), Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | May 27, 2008 12 oz bottle. Clear gold with a white head. Sweet, malty nose, caramel and honey, some mild floral notes. Light side of medium bodied. Light flavors of spicy apple, honey and earth. How is this a Biere de Garde? Not really too bad as a mild sessionable beer, though. Meh. jredmond (1047), New Jersey, USA

| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | May 24, 2008 12 oz bottle. Pours a clear golden with a medium white head that leaves some lacing.
The aroma is wheat, a little fruit, and some vegetal malts with some metallic floral hops.
The flavor is rather macro-ish. It’s sweet corny malts with a slight bitter finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with sharp carbonation.
Overall, a cool name and label, but not a very good beer. It tastes like an above average macro. ChainGangGuy (2590), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | May 23, 2008 Appearance: Pours a clear, light copper body with a thin, white head. Very much apple juice in appearance.
Smell: Smells like apple juice, too! Maybe a bit of pear in there as well, like the juice drained from a can of diced fruit.
Taste: Light, delicate maltiness and medium sweetness. Sprizty fruit juices. Mild bitterness. Very faint yeastiness. Very much apple juice in the finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: Unfortunately, this one’s a very forgettable bière de garde. Nothing worth garde-ing here.
