Sharp pale malt smell. A very solid citrusy hop. Fizzy farmhouse spices. A cross between a saison and a pilsner.
A flowery, citrus hop, but followed by a gingery spice. Has a pilsnery flavor. Pleasant and summery. A very good mild, sweet flavor. Grassy toward the end.
Feels like ginger ale, but creamier. It’s a nice, summery, fizzy citrusy beverage. Good and mild. wheresthepath (554), Buckinghamshire, England

I was in for a bit of a shock! It pours amber-gold with no head and prickly carbonation. Aroma is metals and malt. The flavour is surprisingly dominated by Belgian yeasts; in fact, there’s more than a hint of a Belgian wheat beer here. Cloves at first, some pear and orange, pretty sweet. Sticky candy sugar in the finish that a slight dry bitterness completely fails to offset. Not at all as I expected; cetainly different, but rather sickly. madquacker (726), Canberra ACT, Australia

Semi hazy copper colour with just a faint White collar. Sweetish malt, a sprinkling of zesty hops and a good hit of spice. It’s actually quite tasty. Takes me back to my early days of drinking Belgian beer. In fact it’s mch more Belgian than it is French. Straight forward and very drinkable. Nothing exciting about it, just a pleasant, well brewed, middle of the road beer. jhliesen (406), West Melbourne, Florida, USA

Aroma was slightly yeasty with some citrus. The taste had some malts, some hops in the finish but was mostly a yeasty cookie. So-so. 1.49 pinion (7), , Indiana, USA does not count | 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 17, 2009 Pours a nice golden color with no head. Some decent spice smells coming out in the nose. Nothing very strong though. Very non offensive tasting spices up front with an oaky burnt smoky flavor on the backend. Is there some banana in there? Maybe that’s just the yeast and mustiness of it. anders37 (4792), Malmö, Sweden
