May 21, 2006 A pale orange beer with a disappearing off-white head. The aroma is rather sweet and malty with a touch of alcohol. The flavor is very sweet and malty and again with the alcohol shining thru, leading to a dry bitter and alcoholic end.

Aug 18, 2005 Bottled. Deep golden, brief head. Buttery malt aroma. Grassy hops and toffee up front. Medium sweet with rivh maltiness and clean but filling mouthfeel.
Some salty licorice in a lingering bitter finish. A solid bock.

Jun 6, 2007 Clear, copper colour. Clean, slightly tosaty maltiness. Full body. Breadcrusty malts, light alcohol signature. Balanced, clean, a little bit refreshing. Seems to hit all the notes right down the middle.
