Apr 10, 2009 Aroma is strong with wheat, with notes of citrus fruit, bannana, and clove. The taste is about the same, but a little dry on the pallet. The finish is a little sour, but still smooth. A pretty good Hefeweizen.

Apr 9, 2009 Pretty good and pretty flavoursome. Looks, smells and tastes like the real deal. Good lift off the nose of sweet banana and bubble gum. Palate is quite dry, relative to the nose at least, and shows plenty of fizz and a welcome hint of spice. The latter really is a necessity as the palate gets slightly bogged down with mildy cloying and sweet clove and fruit.

Apr 4, 2009 One of the best from Flying Dog, IMO. I like the fruity sweetness it offers, and agree it tastes more Belgian at first than typical Hefeweizen. A good summer brew.

Mar 28, 2009 Aroma is of citrus and wheat. Pours cloudy yellow with a white head disappears quickly. Tastes of orange, banana, and corriander. This tastes more like a belgian (and not a very good one at that) than a hefeweizen.
