Sep 3, 2008 Smell is of toasted wheat , bananas,and clove. It Pored with a very weak head and no lacing. The taste of cloves pretty much overpowers everything else. Overall not my favorite beer these guys make.

Sep 3, 2008 Cloudy orange with an ugly looking head that quickly disapears without even one bubble of Co2 releasing. Tart citrisy taste, I almost thought I was drinking a glass of orange/lemonade. This beer needs some major improvements. I’m not sure why the ratings are so high. This example would get laughed out of the room next to a real German Hefe.

Creamy white fair mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Powerfull hefe aroma. Fat soapy fruity flavor. Ligth swet and bitter. Average finish. Oily palate. Strange powerfull but not balanced hefe.

Aug 30, 2008 12 oz. bottle served in shaker- poured transparent thin copperish yellow, low carbonation, white head came and went. Aroma of wheat with faint notes of yeast and corn in the background. Hits the mouth with a high-thin body, banana comes through somewhat unevenly, malt is very weak, finish is uninspiring. Bit of a letdown.

Aug 21, 2008 Bottle: Poured a orange carbonated color with a thin white head. Aroma dirty yeast and spice. Taste is a bit sour wheat, watery and not profound.

Aug 20, 2008 Appearance: Pours a clear, dull gold body with a thin, white head.
Smell: Big pop of spiced bananas in the nose with a minor backing of malted wheat.
Taste: Malted wheat with a strong taste of sweetened banana juice. Small pinch of clove. Drop of orange oil. Almost non-existent earthy hops and bitterness. Finishes sweet with a lingering toasted banana flavor.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: Bananas a-plenty! Average at best overall.
