Dec 7, 2007 Not my favorite type of beer. From a bottle: taste is more prominent when you pour it right and will be very cloudy/. Very filmy in the mouth and very watery from all the yeast. Lightly banana-crisp taste. You can smell the wheat in this quite strongly. Recommend serving it very cold. Even if you don’t like this style of beer it’s quite drinkable.

Dec 6, 2007 Draft at the brewery. I am not a huge fan of very many American Wheats. Wheat aromas, not much of the bubble gum or clove. Heavy on the wheat twang though.

Dec 4, 2007 Honey colored pour with a small white head that quickly dissipates. Lemony aroma. Taste reminds one a a Belgian ale...not really a wheat ale. Sweet, fruity taste on the front end. Cloves in the finish.

Nov 24, 2007 12 oz. bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma is medium sweet with wheat grass and light banana and very light citrus. The flavor has some lemon citrus, yeast and light spice. Dry wheat grass finish. Thin body.

Nov 22, 2007 Cloudy golden pour with a medium sized white head. Slight bananna/clove aroma. A few esters in the flavor with a light bredy back ground. Crisp and refreshing but lacking flavor. Light mouth feel appropriate for the style

Nov 11, 2007 Hazy yellowish color with a thin head. Nice clovey aroma. Flavor is sweet and yeasty with dominant notes of clove and light banana. This one has lively carbonation and is light with a somewhat crisp finish. Very drinkable and I feel it is much better than it’s 2.9 rating.

Nov 11, 2007 A light golden color with almost no head and little lacing. Moderately cloudy. Citrus fragrance is light and dominated by lemon, even though i did not put a lemon in it. Not very carbonated. Very little bite. Great flavor though on any day. There was a little bit of sediment at the bottom of the bottle that looked stringy in the glass, which is unusual since the sediment in bottled hefe’s is usually clumpy.
