Commercial Description:
Brewed in the centuries old tradition of German beers, our brewers use more wheat and proprietary yeast to give it the unmistakable character of a flavorful, authentic Hefeweizen. The High proportion of wheat gives In Heat its smooth, full-mouth feel and our special yeast gives it its unique fruity and spicy aroma.

Typical hefeweizen....wheaty malt presence with yeast background (some hint of citrus fruit). Nothing really else stands out....guess I’ll keep talking to get the required amount of words.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a cloudy, medium straw color with an average head that diminishes to a thin coating then disappears completely. Virtually no lacing. Aroma is bananas and cloves. Flavor is initially sweet with bananas and cloves. Some bubblegum. A lemony tartness comes though in the finish. Light bodied with a fairly lively carbonation level.
