Pair of 7oz bottles from a sampler pack. A pale apple-juice color, very minimal head and not much retention. Apple-like sweetness in the aroma, along with a little bit of banana ester and yeast. Flavor is overly sweet, with notes of spice and fruit - apple again. This seems to be a theme, for whatever reason. Too sweet to be anything like a tripel, really. It’s not awful, but not worth buying or trying a second time.

12 ounce bottle -pours a cloudy apple juice colour with nominal head and faint lacing. Nose- sugar- powdered sugar and candi sugar, really can’t pick up anything else. Taste- spice, pepper with little flavour brought forward from the malts. The finish is oddly bitter- leaves a chalky aspirin taste/mouthfeel. Carbonation is medium. Bland offering.

Clear yellow. Fruit and bananas. Way smooth taste. No irritation at all. A bit bitter on the end but fair by all means.

Bad tripel. Has a bad macro aftertaste, and has a weird tartness to it, and not in a good way. Actually kind of tough to finish this one.

Pours orange with a thin white head. Aroma of the yeast, spices, and a touch of hops. I thought it was a relatively mellow tripel, and I thought the 8.5% was well hidden. A little sweet, decent brew...nothing amazing though.
