12oz bottle. Aroma: Light yeast and pepper, apple and orange, bread crust. Appearance: Deep golden in color and slightly hazed. Off-white head was thin and frothy with poor retention. Not much lacing. Flavor: Yeast, banana and candi sugar, light pepper, light sulfur. Finishes dry. Palate: Medium bodied. Medium carbonation. Light alcohol warmth in back of mouth. Overall: Not that great. Really light aroma, virtually no head, and a flat flavor. I’ll pass next time.

12 oz. bottle. Clear, golden color. Thin, bubbly head that dissipates quickly. Aroma of bananas and candi sugars. Sweet flavor with citrus notes, pepper, and some grass. Finish is dry with some lingering bitterness.

Bottle. A good beer with a strange yet very pleasant aftertaste. Pours with a diminishing head and orange in color. Aromas of straw, toffee, citrus, orange, banana, and pineapple. Full body with a creamy texture. Easy to drink and would purchase again.

Pours a golden hazy yellow. The nose is malts, fruity, & subtle notes of bubble gum. Comes across the palate with a strong bite of fruit then vanishes. It had a faint lingering subtle after taste. Overall a well done Tripel; just a bit dry.

Pours a rather typical but still inviting golden-amber with a thick, fluffy, white head. Aroma is thick and malty with a hint of honey. Flavor is very satisfying, malty and just a little bit sweet but not cloying. Texture is exceptionally smooth, and it goes down very well. Delicious!

12oz bottle. Poured a medium golden color wtih a smaller sized white head. Aromas of spiced apples, fruity, and yeasty. Tastes of the same fruitiness and very light spices. Tastes on the thinner side as was the body. Alcohol content well hidden.
