scraff (1667), Baltimore, Maryland, USA Jul 15, 2008 Clear dark gold, thin white. Soft spicy coriander and pear aromas rest on lighter tones of cotton candy and citrus. Spiced candied orange peel and yeast flavors round with a touch of peppery bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Not really what I was hoping for, but decent enough to give it a whirl...

Aroma is like filtered apple juice (from concentrate) with some jalapeno, yeast, and a touch of base malt. Bright gold with a white ring. Nice spicy musty Belgian tripel with not too much sugar. Almost witbier herbal notes: apples and oranges and coriander and parsley. Sweetness is almost balanced by an herbal and woody bitterness. Medium body, medium carbonation, sweet and bitter finish. larsniclas (3029), Gothenburg, Sweden Oct 4, 2008 Botlled at Haket.
Goledn with a small head.
Yeasty and grassy aroma with tropical fruits.
Some toffee in the flavour aswell. Too much alcoholic notes. BeerBunker (95), Burbank, Illinois, USA Oct 3, 2008 Pours orange with a white head that dissapears almost instantly. Aroma is of hops, spice, and sugars. Taste was bitter, with overpowering spice, balanced with the sugars and hops. Strong presence of alcohol. Nice lingering hop flavors make up for the spice flavors that dominate this beer. Wouldn’t have it a second time. jeffwilliams11 (275), hooterville, Michigan, USA Oct 2, 2008 pours bright brass color with small head. very mild flavor, mostly malt tones with some light yeastieness in the background. not nearly as crisp as i like a triple. Tripplebrew (285), Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA Oct 1, 2008 Pours copper-colored clear with white head. Aroma is caramel malts. Flavor is caramelized and sugar with definite yeast. Floral notes. Body is creamy and light with medium carbonation.
